Internal Colour Selections and Updates

 I haven't been really posting a lot lately. Just been busy with work. I have also found there isn't very many blogs on people building with Allcastle Homes. Anyways.. a few things have happened in the past couple of months. Good news is our plans have been approved with CDC. Our internal colors have been finalized. 

Going back a few months ago around February we went to Allcastle headquarters to chose our internal colors. And we spent a few hours there deciding what we wanted. 

We had also added the Select Plus offer.

I know I wanted shaker cabinets in the kitchen. The island bench will be a dark grey color and the image below is sort of like what it will kind of be as an example.

 

This will be the glass splashback below called Sage.

We have upgraded the sink sort of to the one below but it will be an over mount one.

We had upgraded our carpet and chose floorboards instead of tiles. Chosen colors below. But have also upgraded to waterproof floorboards, which is on the right hand side.

The electrical we had spent around about $6000 more.
