We sold and bought the block of land!

Welcome to our blog. Lets begin with our decision to sell our lovely home and build a second time.

We had a great time building our first home and its something that we will never forget.

Any hoo...back in August we sold our home that we built back in 2014. Long story short, we first built our home with Allworth Homes. Its a single story on about a 450 square meter block in the Brooks Reach Estate. We had built the ever popular Harmony Entertainer. It was 4 bedroom 2 bathroom and had a double garage. Six years later who would of known we would be building all over again, and this time we went bigger.

My husband and I decided to buy a 605 meter square block in Highlands Estate, not far from our old home.

Our plan was to rent after our house was sold for the next 9-12 months. 

And...right now we are in our rental going through the early stages of our journey of building.

We love our block, and I cant wait to start our new adventure, and we would love for you all to join along with us on our blog for the second time!
