We have paid for the tender quote three weeks ago and still waiting on how much it will cost for the house. I'm a bit anxious on how much it WILL cost..

Tender has been delayed due to weather. It seems that it cannot make up its mind. Sunny/rainy/cold and hot. November month you would think its summer weather.

Once we do have the tender I guess I will outline pricing.
